Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. Topline Murtaghs may revise these terms and conditions by updating this post/section. Any changes to these terms and conditions come into effect once this post/section is updated. We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time so you should visit this page periodically for updates as these are binding and we have no obligation to notify you of changes to the Company site.
Your use of the Company site
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that our product names, prices, images and descriptions on the website are correct at the time when the relevant product or information was entered onto the website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours and finishes of our products that appear on the website. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise because of differences in monitor and mobile phone displays.
The information, content, images, video, trade names and logos (the “Materials”) contained in this website are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws under national law. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website.
Payment Policy
Credit Card payments are processed and stored by pages that are not controlled by us. We accept most credit and debit cards and payments on our Site are made via Opayo (Elavon) Merchant Services which provide secure, speedy credit card payments.
Price of Goods
Prices are displayed in Euro, are inclusive of VAT, valid in the Republic of Ireland and don’t include delivery charges.
While we do our best to ensure that prices on the website are correct, errors can occur. If we discover a price error on products that you have ordered:
- We will inform you as soon as possible about the price error with the correct price.
- We will then give you the option to confirm your order at that price or cancel your order with a refund.
- The prices on the Website include VAT but exclude delivery costs. If there are any delivery costs, they will be added during checkout. You can read about our delivery costs in our "Delivery Charges” below.
Out of Stocks
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative if available or a refund.
Returns and How to Return my Order
If for any reason you choose to return an item, you can do so at either of our two stores:

- Topline Murtaghs, Main Street, Ashbourne, Co. Meath A84 DA06
If returning an item to a store, please ensure that you have your order receipt and the credit card used to make the purchase with you for a refund.

All returned items must be returned in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days of purchase (when you placed the order) and with a valid receipt or order confirmation.
Important: You will only be refunded your delivery costs if the product is returned as a result of our error (incorrect item shipped, out of date or faulty product)
If you would like us to organise a courier to return your items, a member of our team will be happy to organise this for you. However, there will be an additional charge of €10 for change of mind/unwanted items.
For faulty items within warranty and with a receipt, then you may be entitled to a repair. If it cannot be repaired a replacement/refund may be offered. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Damages
Please make sure that all deliveries are checked for damages before signing for them.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange where appropriate for the product value.
In some circumstances, we may need to get the product back and will organise our courier partners to collect damaged items.
For faulty items within warranty and with a receipt, then you may be entitled to a repair. If it cannot be repaired a replacement/refund may be offered. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Order Display & Delivery
Orders received will be processed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the Monday.
Delivery can then take up to 3 working days, depending on location.
